SMND-309的抗氧化活性研究

     

摘要

The antioxidant activities of SMND-309 were investigated using different analysises including 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH·) and hydroxyl(·OH) radical scavenging and reducing power,as well as Fe2+-ascorbic acid(Vc) system used to cause oxidative damage of the rat liver mitochondria.The effects of SMND-309 on mitochondria permeability transition,protein carbonyl group levels and the activity of ATPase were detected.The results demonstrated that SMND-309 has a significant reduction capability and a remarkable potency to scavenge DPPH· and hydroxyl(·OH) radical.Furthermore,SMND-309 can play a significant role in inhibiting mitochondria permeability transition,the increase of protein carbonyl levels and the decrease of the activity of ATPase.Based on these resules,SMND-309 can be used as an effective antioxidant.%为评价SMND-309的抗氧化活性,测定了SMND-309的总还原力及其对于1,1-二苯基-2-苦苯肼自由基(DPPH.)、羟自由基(.OH)的清除能力,运用Fe2+-抗坏血酸(Vc)体系诱导大鼠肝线粒体氧化损伤,测定了SMND-309对于线粒体肿胀度、蛋白质羰基含量以及ATP酶活性的影响.结果显示,SMND-309具有较强的总还原力,能够很好地清除DPPH.和.OH;对线粒体的肿胀、蛋白羰基含量的增加以及ATP酶活性的降低均有一定的抑制作用.表明SMND-309是一种有效的抗氧化剂.
