人体胚胎基因编辑的伦理及法律问题研究——以'基因编辑婴儿'事件为分析对象

摘要

The event of genetically-edited babies triggered the re-examination of gene editing technology by the academia. On the basis of the existing legal framework and the ethical principles, this paper analyzed the event of genetically-edited babies from three aspects of technology, purpose and consequences of the event. The deficiencies of the existing ethical review system exposed by this event, the future human rights protection of genetically-edited babies, the defects of the legal regulation of scientific misconduct and other issues were discussed, and relevant suggestions for improvement were put forward.%基因编辑婴儿事件引发学界对基因编辑技术的重新审视,在依据现有法律框架和伦理原则从技术、目的、后果三方面对事件进行评析的基础上,针对该事件所暴露的现有伦理审查制度的不足、基因编辑婴儿未来人权保障、科学不端行为的法律规制缺陷等问题进行探讨,并提出相关的完善建议.
