老年女性妇科手术术后并发症影响因素研究进展

摘要

越来越多的老年女性罹患妇科疾病,需要通过手术治疗,老年人脏器功能衰退,多数合并内科疾患,使得手术风险和围手术期并发症和死亡率较高.本文就老年女性妇科手术术后并发症影响因素做简要综述.%More and more aged women suffer gynecological diseases that require a surgery. The physiological changes associated with aging result in the increased operation risk and perioperative morbidity and mortality associated with gynecological surgery. This article reviewed the risk factors of postoperative complications from gynecological surgery in the aged women.
