考虑可靠性的交通网络应急资源布局优化

     

摘要

应急资源布局优化决策是应急预防护工作的核心内容之一.在重新定义应急需求服务可靠性的基础上,将应急点对应急资源服务的可靠性约束,转化为应急资源储备点可提供应急救援服务的资源数量的约束.以最小化应急系统的总费用为优化目标,并考虑应急资源数量、储备能力和储备点数量的约束,建立服务数量可靠性约束下的交通网络应急资源布局优化模型,并设计基于实数矩阵编码的遗传算法进行求解和计算分析.研究结果表明:本文所提出的优化方法计算高效,结果合理,可以为交通网络的应急预防护工作提供科学的决策依据.%The optimized decision for layout of emergency resources is one of the core contents of the emergency prevention and protection. Based on the new definition of service reliability of emergency demand, the service reliability constraints were transformed into the constraints of the quantity of emergency resources for emergency rescue. Then the optimization model for emergency resource layout considering service reliability was developed, in which the objective function is to minimize the system cost and various constraints are considered, including quantity of emergency resources, reserve capacity and number of locations. A solution method based on genetic algorithm with matrix real-coded was proposed. The numerical example shows that the presented approach operates quickly and obtains rational results, which provides a scientific decision-making reference for the emergency protection of transportation network.
