城市轨道交通运营补贴额度优化

     

摘要

This paper is based on the elastic demand under the passenger flow of generalized travel cost, combined with train operation plan and fare optimization for operating subsidy of urban rail transit. According to the efficiency principles of government subsidy in urban rai transit, we construct maximize objective function of the passenger flow per capita subsidy benefit and design solving algorithm based on simulated annealing algorithm, to synthetically optimize and determinate train operation number, fare and subsidy amount. Take metro line 2 in Changsha as an example and optimally calculate the amount of operating subsidy. Further sensitivity analysis of passenger flow demand intensity and elasticity indicate that both two are in negative correlation to the total amount of subsidy and per capita subsidy.%基于广义出行费用下的弹性客流需求,结合列车运行计划、票价对城市轨道交通运营补贴额度进行优化.根据城市轨道交通的政府补贴的效率原则,构造客流人均补贴效益最大化目标函数,并设计以模拟退火算法为基础的求解算法,综合优化确定列车开行数量、票价和补贴额度.以长沙地铁2号线为例,对运营补贴额度进行优化计算,进一步对客流需求强度和需求弹性的灵敏度分析表明,两者与补贴总额、人均补贴均呈显著负相关性.
