5Gy 60Co γ射线照射小鼠5-羟色胺昼夜节律的变化

摘要

采用荧光分光光度法，对小鼠脑、肝组织中5-羟色胺(5-HT)的含量进行了测定。结果表明，小鼠受照射后两种组织中的5-HT浓度随昼夜节律的变化表现出明显不同,与对照组相比，p＜0.01。%The day-and-night rhythm changes in the contents of 5-HT of the brains and livers of mice treated by whole-body irradiation with 5Gy 60Co γ rays were investigated by means of fluorescent spectrophotometry. The results showed that compared with control, the 5-HT contents in both tissues, generally speaking, were increaased significantly after diurnal irradiation, but decreased insignificantly after night irradiation.
