放射性肺纤维化的分子机制及其防治药物综述

摘要

对放射性肺纤维化(Radiation-induced lung fibrosis, RILF)的发生、发展和最终形成过程中涉及到的细胞、细胞因子、信号通路以及关键因子进行归纳、总结和讨论,并给出具有潜在治疗作用的靶点以及作用在该靶点的相关药物,为今后研发预防与治疗RILF的药物提供思路.%The current understanding of the cells, cytokines, and the key factors linked to the signaling networks implicated in RILF were summarized. Targets with potential therapeutic effects for the treatment of RILF were also be discussed and listed. From all above, we hope to provide researchers with ideas in studying the drugs with prevention and (or) the treatment of RILF.
