概述了DNA分子遗传标记技术在药用植物学中应用的理论依据，并综述了该技术在生药鉴定、亲缘关系、生物多样性保护、药材道地性和遗传育种等方面的研究进展.%The theoretical foundation of application of DNA molecular genetic marker to medicinal plant is summarized. The prospect to solve some problems on the authentication of crude drug, the relationship of easily confusable species, the protection of biological diversity, the tracing of geo_horbal origin and the genetic breeding were presented briefly.
