护理干预对四肢骨折术后肢体肿胀患者康复效果的影响分析

摘要

Objective To study on the effect of nursing intervention on rehabilitation of swelling after operation of patients with limbs fracture.Methods 84 patients with limbs fracture in our hospital from 2013 February to 2014 February were divided into two groups according to the nursing models.The conventional nursing mode was given to the control group, and the nursing intervention were given to the observation group.Comparison of the therapeutic effect was made of two groups.Results The swelling of observation group patients was better than that of in control group, P<0.05.The limb pain was significant difference of two groups with 7 days after the operation, P <0.05.Conclusions Nursing intervention can effectively help patients with limbs fracture rehabilitation after promoting, alleviate the swelling and pain, reduce the recovery time, which has important value in clinical nursing in department of orthopedics.%目的：观察四肢骨折术后患者肢体肿胀情况在护理干预下的康复效果及临床影响分析。方法随机抽取我院2013年2月至2014年2月间进行诊治84例四肢骨折术后患者作为本次的研究对象，按照护理方式的不同分成两组进行相关疗效的比较，其中常规护理方式为对照组，护理干预为观察组，分别观察患者入院治疗后肢体肿胀情况，并对本次治疗效果做出相关评价。结果观察组患者术后肿胀情况优于对照组，结果具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；两组患者在术后7天肢体疼痛存在显著差异，结果具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论通过本文研究分析得出护理干预可有效帮助促进患者四肢骨折术后康复，减轻其肿胀及疼痛状况，减少患者恢复时间，在骨科临床护理工作中具有重要价值。
