围手术期强化护理在介入封堵术治疗小儿先天性心脏病的应用

摘要

目的：分析强化围手术期护理在介入封堵术治疗小儿先天性心脏病中的应用，总结护理要点。方法将我院110例先天性心脏病患儿分为两组，均行介入封堵术治疗，对照组（ n＝53）采取常规围手术期护理，观察组（n＝57）采取强化围手术期护理干预，应用FLACC评分法和Wong-Baker笑脸量表从客观和主观上评估两组儿童术后疼痛，自制依从性量表评估患儿术后依从度，记录住院时间、术后并发症及家属满意度。结果观察组住院时间明显短于对照组， FlACC客观疼痛评分明显低于对照组， Wong-Baker笑脸量表主观评分较对照组明显低，两组间对比差异显著（P＜0．05）；观察组患儿术后并发症发生率低于对照组，但组间对比无差异（P＞0．05），观察组患儿术后护理依从度及家属护理满意率明显高于对照组，对比具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论强化围手术期护理干预能明显缓解小儿先天性心脏病介入术后疼痛，提升患儿依从度及其家属满意度，有临床推广价值。%Objective To analyze the application to strengthen peri operation period nursing in interventional treatment of congenital heart disease in children, and summarize the nursing points.Methods 110 cases of congenital heart disease were divided into two groups, underwent interventional treatment, the control group (n=53) took the conventional peri operation period nursing, the observation group (n=57) strengthened nursing intervention in peri operation period, using FLACC score and Wong-Baker scale of smiling faces assessed pain of two groups in children from subjective and objective at postoperative time, evaluated compliance degree during postoperative with self-made compliance scale records, recorded hospitalization time, postoperative complications and family satisfaction.Results In the observation group, the hospitalization time was significantly shorter than control group, FlACC objective pain score was significantly lower than control group, subjective score of Wong-Baker faces scale decreased significantly, difference between two groups was significant ( P<0.05);complication rate in observation group in postoperative time was lower than that of control group, there was no difference between two groups (P>0.05), the postoperative nursing compliance and family nursing satisfaction rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, difference was statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusions To strengthen peri-operation period nursing intervention can significantly relieve the children with congenital heart disease interventional pain after surgery, to enhance satisfaction and adherence of patients and their families, has clinical value.
