针对性护理对重度烧伤患者临床效果、心理状态及配合度的影响研究

摘要

Objective To analyze the influence of specific nursing on clinical effect, the mental state and degree of cooperation in patients with severe burns.Methods Clinical data of 78 cases of severe burn patients who accepted in our hospital during June 2013 and June 2016 were selected. According to different nursing measures, they were divided into study group ( 39 cases) and control group ( 39 cases) , control group were given routine care, and study group was given targeted care based on the control group. Score of life quality, mental state score and compliance of the two groups were compared. Results Quality of life scores, mental state score and compliance of study group were precede the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( P<0. 05).Conclusions The severe burn patients given the targeted care could improve the quality of life and compliance behaviors and improve negative emotions, worthy of promotion.%目的：分析针对性护理对重度烧伤患者临床效果、心理状态及配合度的影响。方法选取2013年6月至2016年6月于我院接受医治的78例重度烧伤患者临床资料，依据护理措施的不同，分设研究组(39例)与对照组(39例)，对照组行常规性护理，研究组于此基础上行针对性护理，比对两组生活质量评分、心理状态评分以及遵医依从性。结果研究组生活质量评分、心理状态评分以及遵医依从性优于对照组，差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重度烧伤患者行针对性护理可提高生活质量与遵医依从性，并改善负面情绪，值得推广。
