Although Shu Xi' ode is short , it has the characteristics of fresh content , special theme and plain words. It attracted controver-sy in West Jin Dynasty . From the perspectives of people-oriented creative thoughts , pristine style and creative pursuit without expecting reward , this paper shows his unique cultural charm .%束皙的赋虽然篇幅短小，但内容新颖，选材独特，语言通俗，在崇尚绮丽繁缛文风的西晋赋坛饱受争议。本文从束皙赋中以人为本的创作思想，质朴直白的创作风格，以及不慕荣利的创作追求三个方面，展示了其文化品格的独特魅力。
