基于模糊层次分析法和TOPSIS法的合作伙伴综合评价

摘要

In order to construct dynamic enterprise alliance, a comprehensive assessment method based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and TOPSIS was presented to evaluate the candidate partners. In this method, judgement martrix was constructed with triangular fuzzy data at the index evaluation stage to show the fuzziness and uncertainty of subjective judgement; TOPSIS was wsed to rednce compatational complexity of the martrix at the case stage. Numerical results show that this method is the validity and rationality.%提出了一种基于模糊层次分析法和TOPSIS法的综合评价方法,用于在动态企业联盟构建过程中,对候选合作伙伴进行综合评价.该方法在指标评价阶段采用三角模糊数构造判断矩阵,可以反映主观判断的模糊性和不确定性;在方案评价阶段采用TOPSIS法,降低计算复杂度.实例计算证明了该方法的有效性和合理性.
