丛枝菌根真菌对香椿实生苗生长的影响

     

摘要

Effect of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and phosphorus on the growth of Chinese toon [ Toona sinensis (A.Juss) Roem] seedlingswas studuied under the green house. Seeds were sowed in pots with sterilized soil added with or without phosphorus. The result showed that the growth of the seedlings was stimulated significantly by the inoculation of the fungi. The conlonization rate was reduced by phosphorus fertilization.%于日光温室盆栽条件下研究了丛枝菌根真菌:Glomus mosseae,Glomus versiforme和Gigasporarosea和施肥对香椿[Toona sinensis(A.Juss)Roem]实生苗生长和菌根发育的影响。结果表明,接种丛枝菌根真菌能显著促进香椿苗的生长,施磷肥也能促进其生长,以菌根真菌加磷肥的香椿苗生长量最大,而施磷肥降低了丛枝菌根真菌的侵染率。
