精神分裂症患者一级亲属血清C反应蛋白水平与患者症状严重程度的相关性

摘要

Objective To explore the correlation among levels of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) ,highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) ,total cholesterol (TC) ,TC/HDL-C ratio and disease severity in first-degree relatives of schizophrenics. Methods 90 first-degree relatives of patients with schizophrenia (FDRs group) and 88 healthy controls (control group) were selected and assessed with Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS) . The levels of hs-CRP,HDL-C and TC were measured and the TC/HDL-C ratio was calculated. Results The level of hs-CRP in FDRs group was higher than that in control group(P < 0. 05) ; levels of HDL-C,TC and TC/HDL-C ratio in FDRs group were significantly lower than those in control group (P < 0. 05) . The total score and factor scores of negative symptom,positive symptom and general pathology of PANSS in hs-CRP negative group were significantly lower than those in hs-CRP positive group (P < 0. 05) . The correlation analysis showed that the level of serum hs-CRP in FDRs group was positively correlated with positive symptoms (P < 0. 05) ; and the TC/HDL-C ratio was negatively correlated with positive symptoms(P < 0. 05) . Conclusion Indexes of inflammatory response and blood lipid levels including serum hs-CRP,HDL-C,TC and TC/HDL-C ratio are closely related to disease severity of first-degree relatives of schizophrenics,which can be used as predictors for schizophrenia.%目的探究精神分裂症患者一级亲属血清C 反应蛋白(hs-CRP) 、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C) 、总胆固醇 (TC) 水平、TC/HDL-C 比值与患者症状严重程度的相关性.方法选取90 例精神分裂症患者一级家属作为一级亲属组,选取同一时期88 例体检健康者作为对照组.采用胶乳增强免疫比浊法检测hs-CRP 水平,采用全自动生化分析仪检测HDL-C、TC 水平,计算TC/ HDL-C 比值.采用阳性和阴性综合征量表(PANSS) 对患者入组时症状程度进行评定.结果一级亲属组hs-CRP 水平高于对照组(P < 0. 05) ; 一级亲属组HDL-C、TC 水平及TC/ HDL-C 比值低于对照组(P < 0. 05) .hs-CRP 阴性组PANSS 总分及阴性症状、阳性症状、一般病理评分均低于hs-CRP 阳性组(P < 0. 05) .相关性分析结果显示,一级亲属组血清hs-CRP 水平与阳性症状呈正相关(P < 0. 05) ,TC/ HDL-C 比值与阳性症状呈负相关(P < 0. 05) .结论炎性反应指标血清hs-CRP 和血脂水平指标HDL-C、TC 水平及TC/ HDL-C 比值与精神分裂症患者一级亲属密切相关,hs-CRP、HDL-C、TC 水平及TC/ HDL-C 比值可作为病情预测指标.
