高压氧联合阿立哌唑对精神分裂症患者持续注意功能的影响

摘要

Objective To explore efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen therapy(HBO)combined with aripiprazole to improve of continuous attention function in patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 100 schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into study group with HBO combined with aripiprazole and control group with aripiprazole for treatment of 3 months.They were assessed with Positive and Negative Syndrome scale(PANSS)and Continuous Performance Test(CPT)before and after treatment.Results In two groups,all factors and total scores of PANSS after treatment were all significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, the negative, general psychopathology factor and total scores of PANSS in study group were all significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).In two groups,the response time of CPT after treatment were all significantly less than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the response time of CPT in study group were significantly less than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion It's effective for HBO combined with aripiprazole to improve of the clinical symptoms and continuous attention function in the patients with schizophrenia.%目的 探讨高压氧(HBO)联合阿立哌唑改善精神分裂症患者精神症状及持续注意功能的效果.方法 将92例精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组(HBO联合阿立哌唑)与对照组(单用阿立哌唑),共治疗3个月.于治疗前及治疗后,采用阳性和阴性综合征量表(PANSS)及持续性操作测试(CPT)进行评估和任务检测.结果 治疗后两组PANSS总分及各因子分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05).治疗后研究组PANSS总分及阴性症状分、一般精神病理分均低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后两组CPT反应时间均较各自治疗前降低(P<0.05).治疗后研究组反应时间短于对照组(P<0.05).结论 HBO联合阿立哌唑可明显改善精神分裂症患者的精神症状和持续注意功能.
