牙体预备后抛光对金属全冠粘固力影响的实验研究

摘要

60 human premolars were collected, cleaned and randomly divided into 6 groups( n = 10) . The teeth in 3 groups were polished with diamond bur and rubber cup and the teeth in the other three groups were not. Then a metal full crown was made for each sample. Afterwards zinc phosphate cement (ZPC) , glass ionomer cement (GIC) and resin cement (RC) were respectively used to bond the metal full crowns to the samples in polished and unpolished groups. The retention of ZPC group significantly decreased after polishing (P <0. 05). There was no significant difference between the retention of GIC group and RC group before and after polishing(P >0. 05).%选取人前磨牙60颗随机分为6组,3组牙体预备后抛光,3组未抛光,分别用磷酸锌(ZPC)、玻璃离子(GIC)和树脂(RC)粘接铸造金属全冠,测定抛光前后各组的全冠粘固力.ZPC组抛光后全冠粘固力显著减小(P＜0.05),GIC组和RC组抛光前后全冠粘固力差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).
