脱敏剂对牙本质粘接界面纳米渗漏及粘接力的影响

     

摘要

目的:研究3种不同脱敏剂处理牙本质后牙本质粘接界面的纳米渗漏及粘接力.方法:选择60颗人离体前磨牙,垂直于(牙合)面去除釉质,暴露3 mm×4 mm牙本质作为粘接面,随机分为6组.1组:单纯树脂充填(对照);2组:Gluma系统处理剂;3组:BisBlockTM树脂型脱敏剂;4组:极固宁TM脱敏剂;5组:Ionosit-Baseliner垫底;6组:Dycal垫底,2~6组牙本质处理后树脂充填.银染后用扫描电镜观察粘接界面的纳米渗漏;用剪切方法比较不同组的粘接力.结果:2组渗漏最小,3组与对照组相似.4、5、6组渗漏大于对照组;Kruskal-Wallis H检验,6组的剪切粘接强度不完全相同(P<0.05).Wilcoxon秩和检验:1、2、3组间无差别,均分别高于5、6组(P <0.05/15),4组居中.结论:Gluma组渗漏最少,并有较好的粘接力.%Objective: To study the nanoleakage and shear bond strength after treatment of dentin with different desensitizers. Methods : 60 extracted human premolars were collected, enamel was vertically removed and 3 mm×4 mm dentin on the occlusal side of the teeth was exposed as the surface for adhesion, then the teeth were randomly divided into six groups. Pure resin filling was conducted in group 1(control group) , in the other groups the dentin surface was treated and then filled by resin; Gluma system was used in group 2, BisBlockTM in group 3, Green or in group 4, Ionosit-Baseliner in group 5 and Dycal in group 6. The dentin interface nanoleakage was observed by scanning electron microscope after silver ion staining. The shear bond strength in different groups was measured by cut method and compared. Results: ① The leakage was the smallest in group 2, the leakage in group 3 was similar with that in the control. The leakage in group 1 , 2 and 3 was larger than in group 4, 5 and 6. ② The bond strengths were significantly different among the 6 groups analysed by Kruskal-Wallis H test(P<0.05). The shear bond strengths among group 1, 2 and 3 were not significantly different(P > 0.05) , but the shear bond strengths in group 1, 2 and 3 were larger than in group 5 and 6 analysed by Wilcoxon test( P < 0.05). Conclusion:Gluma treatment of the dentin may produce less nanoleakage and better adhesion for dental desensitization.
