中枢神经系统血管周细胞瘤的高场MRI诊断

摘要

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of high field MRI for hemangiopericytoma( HPC) in central nervous system (CNS).Methods 7 cases of HPC in CNS proved by pathology underwent MR scans , 1 case underwent CT scans.Results There were intracranial and intraspinal lesions in 6 and 2 cases respectively.The lesions in 7 cases tended to show lobulated borders.There were no calcification inside the tumors in all cases.The necrosis was observed in 6 intracranial lesions , but not presented in 2 intraspinal lesions,bone erosion was observed in 2 cases and flow-void sign were observed in 4 cases on MR images.The tumors presented isointensity on T1 WI, and iso-to slightly hyperintensity on T2 WI, all lesions was hetergeneously enhanced after injection of contrast medium.One lesion had a "dural tail" sign.Conclusion The high field MRI features of HPC in CNS are helpful in preoperative diagnosis.%目的 分析中枢神经系统血管周细胞瘤的高场MRI特征,探讨高场MRI对其的诊断价值.方法 收集本院经病理证实的血管周细胞瘤8例,7例术前经MRI检查,1例术前经CT检查.结果 8例中,位于颅内6例,椎管内2例.7例病灶边缘有分叶倾向;8例均无钙化;颅内6例均有坏死,椎管内2例均无坏死;2例见骨质破坏;4例见血管流空信号.肿瘤实性部分T1WI均呈等信号,T2WI呈等或稍高信号,增强扫描呈不均匀明显强化,1例显示"脑膜尾征".结论中枢神经系统血管周细胞瘤的高场MRI的影像特征有助于其术前诊断.
