多层螺旋CT三维重建在寰椎后桥、侧桥诊断中的应用

     

摘要

目的 探讨多层螺旋CT三维重建在寰椎后桥、侧桥的形成、分型及其诊断中的应用.方法 对颈部多层螺旋CT扫描并三维重建的病例中筛选出有环椎桥的48例,其中8例行血管造影(CTA).分析环椎桥的CT表现.结果 21例为寰椎后桥,包括双侧后桥11例22个,单侧寰椎后桥10个,全环型12个,半环型20个.12例为侧桥并后桥.单纯侧桥15例,9个为完全型,6个为不完全型.结论 多层螺旋CT容积扫描及三维重建,特别是CTA血管重建对寰椎侧、后桥的类型以及与椎动脉的关系具有十分重要的临床意义.%Objective To study the application of MDCT 3D reconstruction in evaluating the formation, typing and diagnosis of the posterior and lateral bridges of atlas. Methods 48 cases with bony bridges of atlas were collected among the patients undergone neck helical scanning and 3D reconstruction, of them, 8 cases underwent CT angiography(CTA). Results The were 21 cases with posterior bridges of atlas, including double posterior bridges in 11 cases(22 bony bridges) , unilateral posterior bridges of atlas in 10 cases, ring bridges in 12, half-annular in 20. There were 12 cases with combination of posterior and lateral bridges of atlas. There were 15 cases with lateral bridges simply,including complete type in 9 and incomplete type in 6. Conclusion MDCT volume scanning and 3D reconstruction,especially CTA are of very important clinical significance for evaluating the bony bridge of atlas and its relationship with vertebral artery.
