紫外线固化涂料用光敏引发剂的研究进展

         

摘要

紫外光固化涂料是新一代绿色环保化工产品,由于其性能优良,近几年获得了快速发展。光敏引发剂作为紫外固化涂料的重要组成部分,也随之获得迅猛发展。光敏引发剂的种类繁多,如阳离子型、安息香型、苯乙酮类、芳香酮类和酰基氧化膦类等,它们具有不同的结构、特性和引发机理,如分解反应机理、氢提取反应机理、电荷转移复合物机理及能量转移机理,并从三个方面介绍了光敏引发剂的一些新近展:高分子负载的光敏引发剂、水溶性的光敏引发剂及不同光敏引发剂的配伍。%The UV curing coatings are recognized as environment friendly chemical products, which have been rapidly developed recently because of their good performance. Photosensitization initiators, as the important constitute part, also have been developed fast . There are many types of photosensitization initiators , such as cationic type, benzoin type, acetophenone type, aromatic ketone type, acylphosphine oxide type etc. They are different in structures, characteristics and photoinitiation mechanisms, such as decomposition reaction mechanism, hydrogen-extraction reaction mechanism, discharge transfer complex reaction mechanism and energy transfer reaction mechanism. This article introduces some new progresses in photosensitization-initiators, i.e. polymer laden photoinitiator, water soluble photoinitiator, and also introduces different types of photoinitiator's matching.
