基于助产士核心胜任力的助产教育发展现状

摘要

In this paper,we introduced the concept of core competency of midwives,the evaluation criteria of midwives'core competency and the current status of midwives qualification accreditation and education in various countries.We also explained curriculum provision and cultivation objectives based on midwives' core competency,so as to provide reference and new perspectives for the development of higher midwifery education in China.%介绍助产士核心胜任力的概念、不同国家的助产士核心胜任力评价标准,以及各国助产士资格认证现状和教育现状.阐述以助产士核心胜任力为导向进行教学课程设置、培养目标等,旨在为我国高等助产教育的发展提供借鉴和新的思路.
