高校-街道-卫生站联动健康教育在社区COPD老年患者中的实施

             

摘要

目的 探讨高校-街道-卫生站联动健康教育对改善社区COPD老年患者自我护理和健康行为的效果.方法 将100例COPD老年患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例.对照组实施一般健康教育,观察组实施高校-街道-卫生站联动健康教育,干预时间为1年,比较两组干预前后自我护理能力和健康行为改变情况.结果 干预后,观察组患者自我护理能力总分及各维度得分与对照组相比,除自护责任感外其余均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组人际关系、躯体活动、心理健康、压力管理以及健康行为总分与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组营养状况和健康责任感相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 高校-街道-卫生站联动健康教育模式能有效提高社区COPD老年患者的自我护理能力,改善患者的健康行为.%Objective To discuss the effect of university-street-clinic interacted health education on self-nursing competence and health behavior for aged patients with COPD. Methods Altogether 100 aged patients with COPD were randomly divided into control group (n=50) and observation group (n=50). Common health education was implemented in control group while university-street-clinic interacted health education was applied in observation group. The comparison of self-nursing competence and health behavior was conducted between two groups one year later. Results The total score of self-nursing and the scores of all the dimensions except self-nursing responsibility of patients between two groups indicated statistic significance (P<0.05). The comparisons among scores of interpersonal relationship, body activity, mental health, pressure management and total score of health behavior between two groups revealed statistic significance (P<0.05) while there was no statistic difference of the comparison of nutrition and health responsibility (P>0.05). Conclusion University-street-clinic interacted health education is effective for improving self-nursing competence and health behavior of aged patients with COPD.
