护理专业学位研究生导师胜任力评价体系的系统评价与Meta整合

         

摘要

目的:整合护理专业学位研究生导师胜任力评价指标,为选拔、评价、培养、考核导师胜任力过程提供科学依据。方法检索The Cochrane Library、JBI循证卫生保健国际合作中心图书馆、Medline、PubMed、CBM、CNKI、VIP 和万方数据库,收集有关护理导师胜任力评价指标的研究,检索时限从建库至今(2016年3月)。采用内容分析法对结果进行分析、整合。结果共纳入8篇文献,筛选出26个条目,7个类别(导师基本素质、工作品质、科研能力、教学能力、临床能力、专业知识及相关知识),共整合出3个维度(人格结构、能力结构及知识结构)。结论在评价导师胜任力时,应注重导师基本素质、科研创新能力、解决问题能力、教学评估能力、理论与实践的结合能力、专科知识和技能及对交叉学科的了解。%Objective To synthesize the competency evaluation index of postgraduate supervisor in nursing professional master degree and to provided the scientific basis for the selection, evaluation, training and assessment of supervisors. Methods We searched databases including The Cochrane Library, Joana Briggs Institute Library, Medline, PubMed, CBM, CNKI, VIP from inception to March 2016, to collect researches about nursing teacher competency evaluation index and then content analysis was used to analyze the data. Results Eight studies were included. A total of 26 items and 7 categories including basic quality, work quality, scientific research ability, teaching ability, clinical ability, professional knowledge and relevant knowledge were screened then 3 dimensions including personality structure, ability structure and knowledge structure were synthesized. Conclusion In the process of competency evaluation, more attention should be attached to supervisors ’ basic quality, scientific research innovation ability, problem-solving ability, teaching assessment ability, the ability to combine theory with practice, specialized knowledge and skills and understanding of cross subjects.
