Objective To investigate the improvement for fine motor function for children with cerebral palsy by occupational therapy and facilitation techniques. Method 200 children patients with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into intervention group (n=100) and control group (n=100). Patients in control group were treated with acupuncture, massage, athletic training, physical factor therapy; patients in intervention group was treated by facilitation techniques with the occupational therapy plus on this basis. The treatment effect in the two groups of children were assessed before and after treatment with fine motor function evaluation form (FMFM). Result After 3 months of treatment, the FMFM score of the two groups of children was higher than that of before treatment. Compared with the control group, the the intervention group FMFM value increased more significantly(P<0. 01). Conclusion Occupational therapy and facilitation techniques can significantly improve fine motor function for children with cerebral palsy, and effectively promote the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.%目的 探讨作业疗法加促通技术对提高脑瘫患儿精细运动功能的疗效.方法 将200例脑瘫患儿随机分为观察组(n=100)及对照组(n=100).对照组采用针灸、按摩、运动训练、物理因子疗法；观察组在此基础上配合作业疗法加促通技术,分别于治疗前后采用精细运动功能评估表(FMFM)对两组患儿进行评定,比较两组治疗效果.结果 治疗3个月后,两组患儿FMFM评分均较治疗前提高,与对照组比较,观察组FMFM值提高更显著(P＜0.01).结论 作业疗法加促通技术能显著提高脑瘫患儿精细运动功能,有效促进脑瘫患儿康复.
