Objective To study the status and relationship between adult attachment and social support among gy‐necological cancer patients .Method 142 gynecological cancer patients were recruited for their adult attachment and social support with the experiences in close relationship (ECR) and the social support scale .Result Distribution of at‐tachment style in gynecological cancer patients were 16 .2% secure ,36 .6% fearful ,35 .9% preoccupied and 11 .3%dismissing .The scores of total、objective ,subjective and availability of social supports were (38 .60 ± 7 .90) ,(8 .53 ± 2 .56) ,(23 .49 ± 5 .51)and(6 .58 ± 2 .05)respectively .Score of attachment avoidant was negatively related with total social support and three factors (r= -0 .306~ -0 .216 ,P<0 .01) ,Attachment anxiety was negatively related with ’ objective support’ (r= -0 .170 ,P<0 .05) .There were significant differences among four attachment group on total social support and three factors (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Adult attachment influences the social support of gynecologi‐cal cancer patients .Medical staff should provide personalized social support interventions based on attachment styles of patients .%目的：了解妇科癌症患者依恋类型、社会支持状况，并探讨两者之间的关系。方法采用亲密关系经历量表（EC R ）、社会支持评定量表对142例妇科癌症患者进行问卷调查。结果妇科癌症患者依恋类型分布为安全型16．2％、惧怕型36．6％、专注型35．9％、冷漠型11．3％；社会支持总分及客观支持、主观支持、对支持利用度维度得分分别为（38．60±7．90）、（8．53±2．56）、（23．49 ± 5．51）、（6．58±2．05）；依恋回避与社会支持总分及其各维度得分呈显著负相关（ r＝－0．306～－0．216，P＜0．01）；依恋焦虑与“客观支持”得分呈负相关（ r＝－0．170，P＜0．05）。四种依恋类型的妇科癌症患者在社会支持总分及各维度得分上差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论依恋类型影响妇科癌症患者社会支持水平，医护人员应根据患者依恋类型提供个体化的社会支持干预。
