目的 分析灸法应用在肿瘤患者对症治疗的现状,为临床医护人员提供参考.方法 检索2006-2015年在中国知网、维普中文科技期刊数据库及万方学术论文数据库发表的灸法在肿瘤患者症状中应用的实验性/类实验性研究及临床实践应用总结类研究,从文献总量、文献发表年代、基金支持、灸法、应用于肿瘤患者的症状等方面进行定量分析.结果 10年间共发表相关研究144篇,其中有基金支持者30篇(20.8％),硕士论文24篇(16.7％);灸法普遍应用于肿瘤患者的各项症状控制和管理中,其中50篇文献研究的是灸法在胃肠道症状防治中的应用效果,占34.7％;多种灸法在肿瘤患者症状管理中得以应用,占前三位的分别是艾灸(63篇,占43.8％)、隔姜灸(19篇,占13.2％)和麦粒灸(9篇,占6.2％).结论 灸法在肿瘤患者症状中应用的文献的数量呈逐年上升趋势,已应用于肿瘤患者多项症状的防治中,但需进一步规范操作方法,探讨灸法与其他治疗方法联合应用的有效结合途径与时机,提高疗效.%Objective To analyze the application of moxibustion therapy in cancer patients for symptoms management and provide reference for clinical staff.Methods Experimental/quasi-experimental research and clinical practice articles retrieved from 2006 to 2015 in CNKI,VIP and WANFANG databases,quantitative analysis was used in the amount,published year,fund,kind of moxibustion,literature's support,and cancer symptoms.Results 144 studies were published in the pastl0 years,30 studies were supported by fund (20.8％),24 studies were master's thesis (16.7％);moxibustion therapy was commonly used to control and manage the symptoms of cancer patients,in which 50 literature were about the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal symptoms,accounting for 34.7％;multiple kinds of moxibustion therapy were applied in the symptom management,the top three were moxa-moxibustion,ginger moxibustion and moxibustion with seed-sized moxa cone,and the number of published literature were 63 (43.8％),19 (13.2％),9 (6.2％).Conclusion The published literature about the application of moxibustion therapy in symptom management in cancer patients was increasing year by year,moxibustion therapy has been applied in the prevention and control of cancer symptoms,but need to further standardize the method of operation,and explore the combination of moxibustion therapy and other treatments to improve the outcome.
