ABCDE集束化镇痛镇静策略在ICU机械通气患者中应用效果的Meta分析

摘要

Objective To evaluate comprehensively the effect of ABCDE bundle in patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU.Methods Searching thoroughly full-text Database (CJFD), Cochrane CENTRAL, MEDLINE, Web of SCINENCE, EMbase collecting the clinical randomized controlled trials (RCT) about ABCDE bundle in patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU, RevMan5.2 processing software for statistical analysis.Results 3 RCTS were included, Meta-analysis showed, ABCDE bundle could shorten the duration of mechanical ventilation(Z=7.13,P<0.01), ICU treatment time(Z=6.85,P<0.01), to reduce the incidence of delirium(Z=4.40,P<0.01).Conclusions ABCDE bundle is safe and effect in patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU, it is worth to applied to daily care.%目的 系统评估ABCDE集束化镇痛镇静策略在ICU机械通气患者中的应用效果.方法 计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统、Cochrane图书馆、MEDLINE、Web of SCIENCE 、EMbase中关于ABCDE集束化镇痛镇静策略的RCT文献,采用RevMan5.2软件进行统计处理.结果 共纳入3篇中文RCT文献,Meta分析结果显示:集束化干预策略能够缩短ICU患者的机械通气时间(Z=7.13,P<0.01)、ICU治疗时间(Z=6.85,P<0.01),降低谵妄的发生率(Z=4.40,P<0.01).结论 ABCDE集束化镇痛镇静策略对ICU机械通气患者是安全有效的,建议应用于每日的治疗护理中.
