中重度牙周炎患者口腔保健自我效能现状及影响因素分析

摘要

Objective To study the current status of self-efficacy for oral self-care and analyze the influential factors of self-efficacy for oral self-care in patients with moderate to severe periodontitis.Methods 263 patients with moderate to severe periodontitis were sampled conveniently and asked to fill in a questionnaire.Ordinal logistic regression analysis was conducted to explore the influential factors of self-efficacy for oral self-care.Results SESS score was 56.96±8.80 with a medium level.The level of dental fear(OR=0.97,95 ％CI:0.946～0.997,P=0.028),severity of periodontitis(OR=0.58,95％CI:0.358～0.946,P=0.029) and the average income per month(OR=0.55,95 ％ CI:0.340～0.883,P=0.013) were the influential factors of self-efficacy for self-care in patients with moderate to severe periodontitis.Conclusions The self-efficacy for self-care of the patients with moderate to severe periodontitis needs strengthening.The medical staff should pay more attention to the patients who have obvious dental fear.Targeted measures should be taken timely to reduce patients' dental fear and improve the level of self-efficacy for self-care.%目的 调查中重度牙周炎患者口腔保健自我效能现状并探讨其影响因素.方法 采用便利抽样的方法对263例中重度牙周炎患者进行问卷调查.采用有序Logistic回归分析探讨中重度牙周炎患者口腔保健自我效能的影响因素.结果 中重度牙周炎患者口腔保健自我效能量表得分为(56.96±8.80)分,处于中等水平;牙科畏惧水平(OR=0.97,95％CI:0.946～0.997,P=0.028)、牙周炎严重程度(OR=0.58,95％CI:0.358～0.946,P=0.029)、家庭人均月收入(OR=0.55,95％CI:0.340～0.883,P=0.013)是中重度牙周炎患者口腔保健自我效能的影响因素.结论 中重度牙周炎患者的口腔保健自我效能水平有待提高;医务人员应加强对具有明显牙科畏惧症状患者的关注,及时采取针对性措施减轻患者的牙科畏惧心理,提高患者的口腔保健自我效能水平.
