滇中经济区县域经济发展水平与水资源协调性差异研究

42 counties in central Yunnan economic zone was regard as research unit in this paper.Principal component analysis and the evaluation models of the coordination degree have been used to analyze spatial pattern and time variation characteristics,which include both the county economic development level and the coordination degree of county economic development level and water resource in central Yunnan economic zone.The results show that,central Yunnan economic zone presents pole-axis spatial structure.The difference of county economic development level and the coordination degree are evident.From 1999 to 2009,the difference of county economic development level has enlarged as if waves.The spatial structure in this region evolved from pole nucleus type to pole-axis type gradually.At the same time,the difference of coordination has been gradually enlarged.For the coordinated development of all regions,some measures should be taken such as strengthening the radiation effect of growth poles,optimizing the regional spatial structure and promoting the coordinated development of industrial structure.%选择滇中经济区42个县市(区)为目标区域,应用主成分分析法,通过构建协调度评价模型,测度了云南滇中经济区各县市(区)经济发展水平及其与水资源的协调度,比较分析了其时间变化特征.结果表明,滇中经济区呈现点轴式空间结构,县域经济发展水平、县城经济发展与水资源协调度差异显著；1999-2009年县城经济发展水平差异呈波浪式扩大趋势,空间结构由极核式向点轴式演变,县域经济发展与水资源协调度差异逐步扩大.为了促进滇中经济区区域协调发展,需要通过培育增长极并促进增长极的带动作用,在优化区域空间结构的基础上,协调区域产业结构的发展.
