弦向角对立木圆盘无损检测中电阻的影响

     

摘要

研究了电流在不同树种圆盘横截面上传导时电阻的变化情况,以期进一步认识其传导规律及影响因素,为利用电阻法进行木材缺陷检测提供理论依据.选择白桦(Betlu a platyphylla)、红松(Pinus koraiensis)、落叶松(Larixg mle inii)、青杨(Populus davidiana)和杉木(Cunninghamia al nceolata)5种树种的10个圆盘为试验材料,在圆盘的横截面上,测试不同弦向角下的圆盘电阻,并讨论其变化规律.结果表明:径向对称弦向角对圆盘电阻值的影响无显著性差异(P>0.05),其它弦向角对圆盘电阻值的影响差异极其显著(P<0.01);电流在圆盘横截面上传导时电阻值随弦向角的增大先增大后减小,径向电阻值最大.不同弦向角下圆盘电阻值拟合曲线为一条开口向下的抛物线,相关系数均高于0.9;不同树种的试样在相同弦向角下的电阻值不同,但变化趋势相同.%We selected different species as samples to study the resistances and those influences factors in disk ' s cross section and improve the theoretical basis of electrical resistance testing method in wood non -destructive testing .Disks of Betula platyphylla Sukaczev and Cunninghamia lanceolata were chosen as test materials to measure the resistances of disk at differ-ent tangential angles .The resistances of disk were not significantly affected by tangential angle of radical symmetric .Others were significant affected by tangential angles .In the cross section of disk , the resistance of disk was increased with the in-creasing of tangential angle before 90°, and the resistance of disk along the radial direction was the maximum .When radial direction angle was increased gradually , the stress wave velocity would become smaller .For the same direction angle , the resistance of disk was different in different species .
