新疆2种苔类植物挥发油鉴定1）

摘要

采用水蒸气蒸馏法对新疆地钱和钝叶光萼苔等2种苔类植物挥发油进行提取，并用气相色谱—质谱联用技术进行分离鉴定；采用峰面积归一化法确定各成分的质量分数。结果表明：地钱挥发油中共分离出24种成分，确认了其中的22种成分；钝叶光萼苔挥发油中共分离出25种成分，确认了其中的19种成分，两者主要成分为烯萜类和醇类化合物。%We extracted the volatile oils from Marchantia polymorpha L.and Porella obtusata ( Taylor) Trevis.in Xinjiang by u-sing steam distillation method , and performed isolation and identification by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry ( GC/MS) .The contents of the components were measured by the peak area normalization method .We identified 22 components from 24 separated peaks in M.polymorpha, and 19 components from 25 separated peaks in P.obtusata.The major constitu-ents in the volatile oils were terpenes and alcohols .
