矩形截面喷淋塔的数值模拟与优化设计

             

摘要

采用数值模拟方法研究矩形截面喷淋塔,根据矩形截面的几何特征,建立截面边长等于边宽(Ⅰ)、边长大于边宽(Ⅱ)、边长小于边宽(Ⅲ)三种喷淋塔模型,着重考查无喷淋及双层喷淋时三种模型的烟气流场及烟气速度、压强分布。模拟结果表明:无喷淋时,模型Ⅲ流场较均匀;双层喷淋时,模型Ⅰ、Ⅲ速度分布较均匀,脱硫反应效率较高,但模型Ⅲ中压强较高,阻力较大,增加了运行成本。模拟结果反应了截面形状对流场的影响,为矩形截面喷淋塔的设计优化作出了指导。%Rectangular-sectioned spray tower is researched with the numerical simulation method.Based on the geometric features of rectangular cross section,three spray tower models are designed:section length equaling width(Ⅰ);length larger than width(Ⅱ),and length smaller than width(Ⅲ).The stress is put on the smoke flow fields,the speeds and pressure distributions with no spray and two-layer spray in the three models.The results show that with no spray,there's uniform smoke flow in model Ⅲ;with two-layer spray,there're uniform speeds and more efficient desulfurization velocity in models Ⅰ and Ⅲ,but in model Ⅲ,the pressure is higher,the resistance is larger,and thus enlarges the operation cost.The simulation results reflect the influence of the cross-section shape on the flow field of desulfurization tower,and have certain directive significance to better designs of rectangular cross-sectioned desulfurization tower.
