完善我国人民陪审制度是民主政治发展的必然要求，也是实现审判公正的需要。但是我国现行的人民陪审制度作用有限、陪审形式化等问题比较突出。本文针对该制度存在的问题，提出了若干建议，以期从整体上完善我国的人民陪审制度。%Improving China' s jury system is an inevitable requirement of the development of the democratic politics juror system in China. Besides, it is also the requirement to realize the fair trial. But there are many problems related to the present people' s juror system, such as its limited role and formalization. This paper directs at the existing problems and puts forward some suggestions in the expectation to improve the people' s juror system in China as a whole.
