目的:建立测定注射用头孢硫脒含量的方法.方法:利用氯冉酸与头孢硫脒在无水乙醇溶液中发生荷移反应, 形成荷移络合物, 采用分光光度法测定.结果:荷移络合物在530nm处有最大吸收, 表观摩尔吸收系数为1.164×103L/ (mol·cm) , 药物浓度在0.007840~0.1702mg/mL内符合朗伯比尔定律.方法的平均回收率在98.0%以上.结论:该方法快速、准确, 可用于测定药物制剂中头孢硫脒的含量.%Objective:To establish a method for rapid determination of Cafathiamidine for injection.Methods:To utilize visible spectrophotometry based on the charge transfer reaction between Cafathiamidine as donor and Chloranilic acid as acceptor in alcohol solution.Results:The apparent molar absorptivity of complex was 1.164×103L/ (mol·cm) at 530 nm.Lambert-Beer law was obeyed in the range of 0.007840~0.1702mg/mL of Cafathiamidine.The average recovery was over 98.0%.Conclusion:The proposed method is stable, rapid and accurate.It has been applied to the determination of Cafathiamidine in preparation with satisfactory results.
