地佐辛的临床应用进展

De zocine is a new mixed agonist-antagonist of opioid receptor,acting through agnoist effect toκreceptor to produce analgesic effects and dual effect of agnoist and antagonist to μ receptors.This drug has been generally utilized in our country these years.Dezocine is widely used not only for postoperative analgesia, assisted intraoperative analgesia, but also for other pain treatments.It has stronganalgesic action but less side effects,Here is to make a review of clinical application of dezocine.%地佐辛是一种新型的阿片受体混合激动-拮抗剂，通过激动κ受体产生镇痛作用，对μ受体具有激动和拮抗双重作用，近几年在国内已广泛应用。地佐辛不但用于术后镇痛、术中辅助镇痛，还用于其他疼痛治疗。它的镇痛作用强不良反应较少，本文对它近期的临床使用情况进行综述，为临床合理用药提供参考。
