目的:对本院门诊西药房患者满意度进行调查,进行统计分析,找出医疗服务存在的问题。方法:设计问卷对门诊600名患者进行问卷调查,整理问卷结果。结果:统计各个调查项目下满意度百分比,结合实际分析门诊工作流程上存在的问题,就如何提高患者满意度提出解决方案。结论:通过满意度调查能从患者角度审视门诊西药房服务上存在的问题,从而为改进工作打下基础。%Objective:To investigate the satisfaction degree of patients in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital, to find out the problems in medical service. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 600 patients in the outpatient department. Results Statistical analysis of the percentage of the satisfaction of the project, combined with the actual analysis of the problems in the work process, on how to improve patients' satisfaction and put forward the solution. ConclusionThrough the satisfaction survey to examine the problems in the outpatient pharmacy service from the perspective of patients, so as to lay the foundation for the improvement work.
