"一带一路"国家战略的提出,无疑是新的历史条件下回族学学科拓展和超越的好契机.在这一国家战略的背景下,回族学要取得内涵式发展,就必须在反思学科建设的基础上,进一步加强学科基础理论建设,澄清学科的本体论、认识论、方法论、实践论等方面的基本问题,规划未来努力的方向和目标,以实现学科发展与国家战略发展的同步.%One Belt One Road Strategy provides good opportunity for the extension and development of Hui Studies in the new historical circumstances .Under the background of "B&R", in order to realize the connotative development , Hui Studies should strength the construction of its basic theories , clarify the basic questions of the discipline on ontology , epis-temology , methodology and practice and plan the target in the future based on the reflection on its discipline construction . Thus, Hui Studies will realize transcendence as the development of the national strategy .
