我国少数民族新生代农民工研究的回顾与展望

摘要

The new generation of ethnic migrant workers is different from the new generation of migrant workers , which is a unique group .In this article, the author has been focused on the basic concepts , structure characteristics , employment problems, urban adaptation and identity , the protection of rights and interests through reviewing the literature .%少数民族新生代农民工是不同于新生代农民工与上一代少数民族农民工的独特群体. 梳理文献后发现,已有研究成果集中在基本概念、结构特征、就业问题、城市适应与认同、权益保障等方面,存在数量少、质量低、整体宏观研究与细致个案研究不足、主题狭隘、方法简单等问题. 开展整体与微观研究、加强定量与比较研究、拓展内容与主题、进行理论提升是今后研究的路径.
