气固鼓泡流化床非稳态升温过程的实验研究

     

摘要

基于生物质气化需要满足一定的温度,气化前需要对气化炉进行预热,实验研究了预热空气温度为500℃、550℃、600℃,床层高度为200mm、300mm、400mm流化床气化炉的预热规律.结果表明,随着床层高度的增加,床温稳定时温度呈升高的趋势;床温稳定时的温度随着预热空气温度的增加而增加.通过实验得到了流化床初始预热阶段的实验数据,完善了流化床的整个预热过程.%Biomass gasification takes place at a certain temperature, and the gasifier should be preheated before gasification. Researches have been done on the preheating principles of the fluidized bed gasifier with the fluidized bed of 200 mm, 300 mm, 400 mm height and the air temperature of 500 ℃, 550 ℃, 600 ℃ respectively. The result shows that as the height of the fluidized bed raises, the steady fluidized bed temperature raises as well; the steady fluidized bed temperature raises with the raising of the air temperature. Through experiments, the data of the initial preheating stage of the fluidized bed have been collected, and the whole preheating process of the fluidized bed has also been improved.
