脑瘫患儿脑干听觉诱发电位的分析

摘要

Objective; To analysis the characteristics and significance of the brainstem auditory evoked poten -tial ( BAEP) in the children with cerebral palsy ( CCP). Methods: BAEP of the 132 cases of CCP were collected for analysis of the waveform, peak latency (PL) , interpeak latency (IPL) and amplitude ratio. Results:The abnormal BAEP rate in 132 cases was 83. 3% , with wave V, III, I abnormalities observed in 103 , 94 and 38 ears, respectively. The suspicious , mild, moderate and severe abnormality in response threshold of wave V were revealed in 31 (23. 5% ) , 51 (38. 6% ) , 21 (16. 9% ) and 6 (4. 5% ) cases , respectively. Conclusion: Abnormal BA-EP, especially in central auditory neural conduction problems , suggests diagnosis of CCP. Early application of BA-EP improves the rehabilitation of CCP.%目的:分析脑性瘫痪患儿的脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)特点及其应用价值.方法:检测132例确诊的脑性瘫痪患儿的BAEP,分析其波形、波峰潜伏期(PL)、峰间潜伏期(IPL)及波幅比值等异常情况.结果:132例BAEP总异常率为83.3%(109/132),其中Ⅴ波异常103耳、Ⅲ波异常94耳、Ⅰ波异常38耳(包括重叠异常).Ⅴ波反应阈值可疑异常31例(23.5%)、轻度异常51例(38.6%)、中度异常21例(15.9%)、重度异常6例(4.5%).结论:脑瘫患儿BAEP异常率高,主要表现为中枢性听觉传导功能障碍,早期检测BAEP有助于其全面康复.
