某部家属妇科疾病普查结果分析

摘要

目的：通过对某部家属定期进行妇科疾病普查，了解常见妇科疾病的患病情况，为更好地开展妇科疾病的防治提供科学依据。方法对某部所有家属2012－2014年5次妇科疾病普查资料进行统计分析。结果2012年4月至2014年4月在我院进行5次妇科体检的家属疾病检出率分别为48．7％、49．2％、50．6％、51．3％、51．5％。检出率居前3位的疾病为阴道炎、宫颈炎及盆腔炎。＜35岁、顺产、使用避孕套、人流史、盆浴、产后性生活过早及性生活频次过多为妇科病的危险因素（P ＜0．05）。结论家属是部队官兵重要的后方支援，定期对女性家属进行妇科检查，做好预防保健工作，有利于提高本部妇女的健康水平，保持部队官兵的战斗力。%Objective To investigate the prevalence of gynecologic diseases among the family dependents of the naval unit through periodic survey,so as to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and treatment of gynecologic diseases.Methods Statis-tical analyses were made on the results of the 5 gynecologic disease general surveys performed from 2012 to 2014 among the family de-pendents.Results The results of the general surveys indicated that the detection rates of gynecologic diseases among the family depend-ents were respectively 48.7%,49.2%,50.6%,51.3% and 51.5%.The detection rates of the diseases ranking the top 3 were vagi-nitis,cervicitis and pelvic inflammation.Age younger than 35,vaginal delivery,use of condoms,history of induced abortion,bath in a tub,early sexual activity after delivery and excessive sexual activity were related risk factors of gynecologic diseases(P <0.05 ). Conclusion Family dependents were essential rear support force of officers and men in a unit.Regular gynecological examinations for female family dependents and good preventive health care could improve their health level and enhance the fighting capacity of the unit.
