目的:研究速冻装置、制冷压缩机及速冻温度、冻结速度、节能等因素,以确保冷冻调理食品的速冻品质。方法对单级螺杆式压缩机与单机双级压缩机各自的应用范围及性能进行比较,并选型。结果在R22与R404 A制冷系统中,蒸发温度低于-30℃时单机双级螺杆式压缩机组在速冻食品制冷系统中的制冷量、制冷效果有着明显的节能优势。结论单机双级螺杆式压缩机组在海军舰艇食品保障冷链中有广泛的应用前景。%Objective To ensure the freezing quality of prepared frozen foods through the access of research on the effects of such influential factors as the refrigeration compressor, the quick-freeze temperature, freezing rate, energy conservation etc.Methods The application and performance of single-stage screw compressor and the double-stage screw compressor were compared in order to choose the proper product type.Results The double-stage screw compressor used in the R22 and R404A refrigeration systems had the obvious advantages of better refrigeration capacity, improved refrigeration efficiency and energy conservation, when evaporation tempera-ture was below-30℃.Conclusion The double-stage screw compressor had wide application in the naval refrigerated food supply chain for naval vessels.
