规范GNSS定时单元的性能要求及测试方法，对指导国内 GNSS 定时单元的研制、生产、检测和应用，推动BDS导航产业的发展具有重要意义。针对编制BDS专项标准《全球卫星导航系统定时单元性能要求及测试方法》（征求意见稿），介绍了编制的目的、原则、标准主要内容及确定依据，并就定时模式、定时精度及定时精度的测试方法等问题进行探讨并说明，指出BDS专项标准《全球卫星导航系统定时单元性能要求及测试方法》（征求意见稿）的编制充分参考了国内外有关定时型设备的相关标准，力求与国内外标准既保持一致又有所创新，为BDS的国际化应用打下基础。%Standardization of performance requirements and test methods of GNSS timing unit is not important for only very guiding domestic development,production,testing and application of timing unit,but also for promoting the development of BDS satellite navigation industry. As for working out of BDS special standard"Performance requirements and test methods for GNSS timing unit",this paper mainly introduced the aim,principle and the main contents of the standard,and determining the basis for the main content was also included. Additionally,timing mode,timing accuracy and test methods were discussed as well. It pointed out that this specification had fully referenced to the relevant standard of timing equipment at home and abroad,and strived to be consistent with both domestic and international standards with innovation,laying the foundation for an international application.
