学前教育发展现状中值得关注的问题与建议——以南阳市学前教育为例

摘要

Preschool education is of huge importance to children＇s growth and social development as well.However,there are still a lot of problems facing the development of preschool education in Nanyang,for which some suggestions are put forward in this paper as follows： first,intensify the government＇s responsibility and optimize the distribution of kindergartens to construct a sustainable rural-urban preschool educational system;second,increase government investment and expand financial resources to meet the needs of citizens for better-quality preschool education;third,enhance overall management and supervision to build up competent ranks of teachers;and fourth,adhere to scientific guidance to comprehensively enhance the quality of preschool education.%学前教育对儿童个人成长、社会发展具有重要意义。南阳市学前教育在不断发展的现状下,存在着许多亟待关注的问题。针对这种现状,要从以下几方面做起：第一,强化政府责任,优化布局,构建可持续发展的城乡学前教育体系;第二,加大政府投入,扩大资源,形成满足居民需求的学前教育规模;第三,统筹管理,建设适应发展需要的师资队伍;第四,科学保教,全面提高学前教育质量。
