基于FPGA的等精度数字频率计设计

     

摘要

Direct measurement, whose measurement error is large and design is relatively troublesome, can not take into account the high frequency and low frequency signals. So the design uses equal precision measurement method, which is able to adapt to different scale range of frequencies, and the error of which does not change with the frequency. Simulation effectively demonstrate the design ac-curacy and system performance. It also display the measurement results in real time. Finally, the circuit is downloaded to the FPGA experiment box. After the actual test, the technical performance meets the design requirements.%针对直接测量法无法同时兼顾高频信号和低频信号,且测量误差大、设计相对麻烦的问题,本文选用等精度测量法设计了数字频率计,能够适应不同量程范围内频率的测量,且误差不随频率的变化而变化. 通过仿真验证了设计精度和系统性能的有效性,并能够实时显示测量结果. 最后将电路下载到FPGA教学实验箱上,经过实际测试,技术性能指标满足了设计要求.
