基于贝叶斯网络对《本草纲目》中活血化瘀类中药功效与药理间关系的研究

摘要

ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE To detect the relationship between pharmacological effect and clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine on activating blood circulation and removing stasis,test and verify the certain effects of suspected medicine on this clinical effect.METHODS Based on Bayesian networks,data model was established to express the relationship and rates of activating blood circulation and removing stasis effect and pharmacological effect.Meanwhile,clinical effect of suspected medi-cine on activating blood circulation and removing stasis was predicted by using this data model.RESULTS The topology gra-phy was set up in showing the relationship between pharmacological effect and clinical effect on activating blood circulation and removing stasis medicine.And the rates these two effects were calculated.The rates of Chinese medicine which presented this clinical effect in Compendium of Materia Medica but nothing in contemporary documents were predicted to be higher than 0.9, which demonstrated there were certain effects on activating blood circulation and removing stasis of these medicine.CONCLU-SION The model established by this research institute is reliable for Chinese medicinal test of the function of invigorating blood circulation and removing stasis.There is clinical significance in this study.%目的：探讨具有活血化瘀功效的中药的药理作用与活血化瘀之间的关系，并验证《本草纲目》中疑似具有活血化瘀功效的药物的活血化瘀功效。方法利用贝叶斯网络算法建立数据模型，对活血化瘀功效与药理间的关系及概率进行表达，并用该模型对疑似具有活血化瘀功效的药物功效进行预测。结果建立了活血化瘀中药的药理作用与活血化瘀之间的关系拓扑图，并计算出了活血化瘀功效与各药理指标之间的概率值，并预测了《本草纲目》中记载具有活血化瘀功效而当代文献中并无相关记载的中药活血化瘀概率值，提示其具有一定的活血化瘀功效。结论该研究所建模型可靠，可用于对中药是否有活血化瘀功效进行检验，对临床研究具有一定的指导意义。
