Microscopically, it refers to individual exchange actions that are based on certain psychological process, the knowledge-based action oriented connotation of which can be explored from the definition, condition, and remuneration of social exchange. Macroscopically, it mainly refers to psychological process of the collective and relative rules observed by the collective in social exchange, with the later as the external manifestation of the former, making actions rule-based. Social exchange action in this sense is knowledgebased and the actor of social exchange equipped with knowledge capability is supposed to launch or start exchange actions based on knowledge that can be understood via following the same model in the whole social system and judge whether there are remunerations.
