我国女子聋人篮球运动员人力资源现状解析

摘要

Using the method of literature,questionnaire and statistics,the Chinese female deaf basketball players is analyzed and the research of human resources.For the women of deaf basketball players in age,height,weight,education,training period,training motivation,training time,training venues and technique,tactics,psychology,physical training and other aspects of the existing problems,put forward to develop its own characteristics,to improve their awareness,implement the financial budget,start to do from the foundation and improve the degree of social concern and related suggestions,aims to promote and facilitate the Chinese female deaf basketball continued to campaign,health,harmonious development.%运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数据统计法,对我国女子聋人篮球运动员人力资源进行了解析和研究。针对女子聋人篮球运动员在年龄、身高、体重、学历、训练年限、训练动机、训练时间、训练场地以及技术、战术、心理、身体训练等方面存在的问题,提出发展自己特色、提高自身认识、落实财务经费、从基础做起和提高社会关注度等相关建议,旨在推动和促进我国女子聋人篮球运动持续、健康、协调发展。
