《孙子兵法》的励军思想及其对企业员工激励的启示

The ancients say： ＂soldiers need courage at war.,and ＂How to stimulate the soldiers of courage is an art.＂The Art of War＂ contains rich motivated thinking and ways.This paper,from seven perspectives such as example motivation,care motivation and impower motivation,attempts to discuss the incentive thinking of Sun-Tzu and its practical inspirations for enterprise employees.%古人说：＂夫战,勇气也。＂打仗靠的是勇气。如何激发士卒的士气是一门学问。《孙子兵法》的管理思想中包含着丰富的激励思想和方法。本文从榜样激励、关爱激励、授权激励等七个方面具体论述了孙子的励军思想及其对现代企业员工激励的有益启示。
